I have adopted my business philosophy that there are many people who have had the
same unpleasant experiences I have had and this has motivated me to become a web
designer who fills an important need, a niche so to speak, that fills a void filled with those
who want their own sites with no hassles, no hourly fees, no monthly charges and no
sporadic updating and maintenance sessions that can end up being costly and billed by
the hour. I feel like keeping things simple. This business is just not that complex.
My objective is to design web sites at an affordable price - $200 - that suits the customers wishes, is basic and simple, has only one annual fee that includes hosting and domain name renewal, optional updating at an affordable flat fee and conveys to the user a professional website.
My website flat fee design is $200. The hosting of the website and your domain name is $95 that is for the entire year. Additionally, should any of my customer's wish to make alterations or edit material in their websites once they are up and running, I have a nominal flat fee of $25 for that service which allows up to one hour of maintenance. There are no sales tactics or fancy gimmicks. I want to do a good service and I am sure you will be happy with my work.
In recapping, if you decide to have me design and publish your website it will be a flat fee of $200 and a one time yearly charge of $95. No hourly charges or hidden fees come into play with me. This comes to a grand total of $295. That's it.

are many, many people who would love

business purposes or for other reasons,
but due to the expense of getting one up
and running, or just the lack of
understanding the Internet, have been
discouraged from doing so. I know the
